Heron Excellence is access to our engineering engine, for people who sell software without a team behind them. You stay the person the client deals with. Delivery runs through Heron instead of subcontracted freelancers.
The situation
Passing work on costs you the best part of it.
If you acquire projects and hand delivery to other freelancers, you earn the margin and pay for it with control. You answer for quality someone else produces, and your return shrinks at exactly the point where you created the most value.
The model
Heron delivers, the responsibility stays with you.
Instead of passing the project on, you run it with Heron. Heron puts the engineering process around the AI that a team would otherwise have to provide: planned, checked by a second instance, documented, production-ready. You bring the domain clarity and remain the responsible party towards your client.
There is no licence fee. We take a share of the projects you run through Heron. Terms are settled in conversation, because they depend on how your work is cut.

Not open to everyone. That is the point.
Heron Excellence is not self-service. We work with a small number of people who know their craft and take AI seriously. Whoever is in shapes where the model goes next, so we look at every enquiry individually before taking someone on.
